MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the twentieth meeting to order at 10:34 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Hayden moved that HF 681 (Hayden), HIV transmission public education program established, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.
Chair Laine assumed the gavel at 10:41 a.m.
Representative Hayden presented HF 681 (Hayden).

Representative Hayden renewed the motion that HF 681 (Hayden), HIV transmission public education program established, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.
Representative Laine moved that HF 1707 (Otremba), Rural pharmacy planning and transition grant program funding provided, and money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.
Representative Otremba presented HF 1707 (Otremba).

Representative Laine renewed the motion that HF 1707 (Otremba), Rural pharmacy planning and transition grant program funding provided, and money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.
Representative Scott moved that the minutes of March 24, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
