MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 10:43 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2009 in Room 500 North of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
Chair Clark moved that HF 2341 (Davnie), Tax credit loan program provided, and first-time homebuyer tax credit advance loan account established, be returned to the Committee on Finance.
Representative Davnie presented HF 2341(Davnie), Tax credit loan program provided, and first-time homebuyer tax credit advance loan account established.
Chair Clark renewed the motion that HF 2341 (Davnie), Tax credit loan program provided, and first-time homebuyer tax credit advance loan account established, be returned to the Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Clark moved that HF 2279 (Davnie), Home values guarantee pilot program established, five-year guarantee against depreciation in value of certain properties provided, incentives to restructure mortgage loans provided, and money appropriated, be returned to the Committee on Finance.

Chair Clark moved an amendment to HF 2279 (See attached amendment
H2279DE1).

Chair Clark renewed the motion that the H2279DE1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Clark renewed the motion that HF 2279 as amended be returned to the Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Informational hearing on HF 2233 (Clark), Stay of mortgage foreclosure proceedings allowed under conditions, and tenant rights of foreclosed property provided.
