MINUTES
Representative Carolyn Laine, Vice-Chair, called the eighteenth meeting to order at 10:39 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Laine assumed the gavel at 10:39.
Representative Clark moved that HF1732 (Clark), Demonstration project for high-risk adults funding provided, money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.

Representative Clark renewed the motion that HF1732 (Clark), Demonstration project for high-risk adults funding provided, money appropriated, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.

Representative Morgan moved that HF356 (Gardner), Minnesota manufactured home relocation trust fund changed, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.
Representative Morgan moved to amend HF356. (See attached amendment
A09-0151). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Rosenthal moved that the minutes of March 17, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
