Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 7 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF3502 (Wagenius) A bill for an act relating to water; establishing a metropolitan area groundwater monitoring account and fee; appropriating money;amending Minnesota Statutes 2009 Supplement, section 103G.271, subdivision 6; Laws 2009, chapter 172, article 2, section 4; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 103G.
Representative Wagenius moved HF3502 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Cultural and Outdoor Resource Finance Committee Bill.
