Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 5:25 P.M. on March 8, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Chair Murphy moved HF2925 be passed and referred to the Committee on Finance.

HF3015 (Hansen) A bill for an act relating to tourism; providing reimbursements for certain film production costs; amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 116U.26.
Representative Hausman moved HF3015 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Cultural and Outdoor Resource Finance Supplemental Budget Bill.

THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hansen, John Edman, Executive Director, Explore Minnesota Tourism, and Lucinda Winter, Director, Minnesota Film and TV Board, testified.
Chair Murphy renewed the motion that HF3015 as amended be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Cultural and Outdoor Resource Finance Supplemental Budget Bill.
