Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 4:35 P.M. on February 15, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Morgan presented M.S. Law Chapter 172 Legislative Guidelines draft three.
A quorum was present at 4:40 P.M.
Representative Morgan moved adoption of M.S. Law Chapter 172 Legislative Guidelines draft three.
Representative Morgan moved amendment MS/HRD.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Davids moved an oral amendment to M.S. Law Chapter 172 Legislative Guidelines draft three as follows:
Page 4, line1, delete "endocrine disruptors,"
Representative Davids withdrew his oral amendment.
The motion to adopt M.S. Law Chapter 172 Legislative Guidelines draft two was withdrawn.
Jim Reinholdz, Fiscal Analyst, House Fiscal Department, presented supplemental information on the DNR Parks and Trails Budget Analysis.
Sam Maida, Executive Director, Lake Superior Zoological Society, presented a report on use of Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds from MN Session Laws Chapter 172 for Lake Superior Zoo.
Peggy Adelman, Chief Financial Officer, MN Zoo, presented a report on use of Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds from MN Session Laws Chapter 172 for Minnesota Zoo.
Michelle Furrer, Campus Director, Como Zoo and Conservatory, presented a report on use of Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds from MN Session Laws Chapter 172 for Como Zoo and Conservatory.
Todd Melby, Legacy Project Coordinator, Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations, and Joel Glaser, Executive Director, Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations, presented a report on use of Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds from MN Session Laws Chapter 172 for Association of Minnesota Public Educational Radio Stations.
Jeff Nelson, Public Affairs Director, Minnesota Public Radio, and Lisa Radzak, Community Engagement Manager, Minnesota Public Radio, presented a report on use of Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds from MN Session Laws Chapter 172 for Minnesota Public Radio.
Lenora Madigan, Director of Financial Management and Reporting, Department of Administration presented a report on use of Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds from MN Session Laws Chapter 172 for Department of Administration.
