MINUTES
Representative Peppin, Lead Republican of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:51 P.M. on March 31, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rebecca Spartz, Office of the Attorney General, presented an overview of the Office’s budget request.
A quorum was present at 2:53 P.M.
Representative Sanders moved that the minutes of March 26, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Executive Director Gary Goldsmith, Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board, presented an overview of the Board’s budget request.
Executive Secretary Nancy Stark and Principal Planner Paul Mandell, both from the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board, presented an overview of the Board’s budget request.
Executive Director Clint Harris, Minnesota State Lottery, presented an overview of the Lottery.
Research and Planning Director, Don Feeney, Minnesota State Lottery, presented an overview of the Lottery’s funding structure and their 2010/2011 budget.
Deputy Director Mary Manney, Minnesota Racing Commission, presented an overview of the Commission’s funding structure.
Chief Administrative Law Judge R.R. Krause, Office of Administrative Hearings, presented an overview of the Office’s budget request.
Court Administrator Susan Schleisman, Office of Administrative Hearings, gave an update on their move to the Stassen building.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:28 P.M.
