MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:53 P.M. on February 12, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler moved that the minutes of February 10, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Gopal Khanna, State Chief Information Officer, Office of Enterprise Technology (OET), briefly introduced himself and John Lally, Planning Director.
John Lally, Planning Director, OET, gave an overview of the agency and presented information on control systems relating to the proposed merger of data centers.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:22 P.M.
