MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:51 P.M. on February 9, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Stephanie Andrews, Deputy Commissioner, Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB), introduced the MMB staff who would be giving the presentation.
Michelle Weber, Finance Services Director, MMB, gave an update on the transparency of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) disbursements.
Representative Kath moved that the minutes of April 15, 2009, April 21, 2009, May 11, 2009 and July 9, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Ms. Weber continued her update of ARRA.
Jim Schowalter, Assistant Commissioner, MMB, responded to member’s questions.
Lori Mo, Assistant Commissioner, MMB, gave an update on the Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) project.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:14 P.M.
