COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Lieder, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Division/Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:32 P.M. on, Tuesday, January 13, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Lieder requested each committee member and staff person to introduce themselves. Rep. Lieder shared information regarding the purview of the Transportation Finance Division/Committee.

Rick Kjonaas, Assistant Division Director, Local Roads Division, County State Aid Office of the Minnesota Department of Transportation presented an overview.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:37 P.M.
