Representative Bernie Lieder, Chair of the House Transportation Finance & Policy Committee called the meeting to order at 4:33 P.M. on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF809 (Hornstein) Charitable organizations provided a metropolitan transit pass discount. Rep. Hornstein moved the bill before the committee. The following spoke regarding the bill:

HF809 was laid over because the fiscal note was not on hand.

Rep. Severson moved the minutes of February 26, 2009 with the following amendment: the motion regarding the Division Report on HF85 should have been recommended to pass and placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:52 P.M.
