Rep. Scott moved adoption of the minutes of April 7, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1309 (Lieder) Transportation, Metropolitan Council, and public safety activity and program funding provided, fund transfers, contingent appropriations, and tort claims provided, fees and accounts provided, and bridge collapse and highway construction projects for fiscal year 2009 appropriation reduced. Rep. Lieder moved adoption of the
A09-0396 delete everything amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Lieder moved adoption of the
H1309A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Hornstein moved adoption of the H1309A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. John Bailey, 10,000 Friends of Minnesota, answered committee questions. Rep. Newton moved adoption of the
H1309A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Rep. Lieder moved that HF 1309, as amended, be recommended to pass and referred to the Finance Committee. Rep. Beard requested a roll call vote on the bill. The clerk took the roll:
