MINUTES

Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation and Transit Policy and Oversight Division, called the meeting to order at 1:07 P .M. on, Wednesday, January 7, 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Hornstein shared the committee guidelines and discussed the purview of the Division. Committee members and staff were asked to introduce themselves and share their interests in transportation.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:06 P.M.
