Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation and Transit Policy and Oversight Division, called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Cynthia Weitzel, MN Commission on Deaf, Deaf-Blind and hard of Hearing (MCDHH) spoke to the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport Accessibility Project. Steve Wareham, MAC, assisted in committee questions and comments regarding the project.

The following spoke to the MAC’s long-term comprehensive plan update for the MSP International Airport:
