Representative Otremba, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:48 P.M. on, March 11, 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Olin moved approval of the minutes from March 9, 2009.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
Representative Faust moved HF793 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.
HF793 (Juhnke) relating to agriculture; updating terms of certain loan programs; abolishing the family security program;
Representative Juhnke explained HF793 to the committee.
