MINUTES

Representative Otremba, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:53 P.M. on, February 23, 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Olin moved approval of the minutes from February 18, 2009.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Mr Kevin Paap, President, Minnesota Farm Bureau made opening remarks and Mr. Warren Formo, Executive Director, gave a presentation and overview of the Minnesota Agriculture Water Resource Coalition. They took questions from the committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:08 PM
