Representative Kulick Jackson moved approval of the Minutes for March 24, 2009, and March 25, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 166, the Third Engrossment/H.F. 704 (Knuth): A bill for an act relating to insurance; regulating life insurance; prohibiting stranger-originated life insurance; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 60A; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2008, sections 61A.073; 61A.074.
Representative Hortman moved S.F. 166, the Third Engrossment, before the committee.
Representative Hortman moved adoption of the
SO166A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Knuth presented her bill.

Representative Hortman moved that S.F. 166, the Third Engrossment, as amended, be recommended to pass and when so passed be re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
