H.F. 1182 (Bly): A bill for an act relating to eminent domain; repealing certain exemptions for public service corporations; amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 117.225; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 117.189.
Representative Bly presented bill draft #BE070 as a replacement to HF 1182.
