Representative Joe Atkins, Chair of the Commerce and Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:40 P.M. on January 13, 2008, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Davnie moves that the Committee Report on HF4 as passed by the Labor and Consumer Protection Division be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4 (Mahoney) New base period for calculating benefits, and a limited extension of benefits provided.

H0004A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
