Representative Jim Davnie Chair of the Division, called the sixteenth meeting to order at
10: 36 A.M. on, January 28, 2010, in room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davnie called the meeting to order at 10:36A.M. A quorum was present.
Opening remarks were given by Representative Davnie regarding foreclosure legislation history.
Representative Hayden briefed the committee and division members on HF2604.
HF2604 (Hayden) Stay of mortgage foreclosure proceedings allowed under certain conditions, and tenants provided rights of foreclosed property.
