MINUTES
Representative Jim Davnie Chair of the Division, called the seventeenth meeting to order at 10:37 A.M. on February 5, 2010, in room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davnie called the meeting to order at 10:37 A.M.
A quorum was present
Representative Murdock moved approval of HF2062 be recommended to be heard before the Labor and Consumer Protection division.
Representative Murdock moved approval of amendment
H20622DE4.
The amendment was adopted.
HF2062 (Lanning) Ladder Out of Poverty Task Force established membership and duties provided, and legislative appointments provided.
Representative Lanning presented his bill before the division members.

Representative Murdock renewed his motion that HF2062 is recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to Commerce and Labor committee.
The motion prevailed.
Representative Sanders moved approval of the minutes of May 11, 2009.
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE ADOPTED.
Representative Loon moved approval of the minutes of January 28, 2010.
