MINUTES
Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Telecommunications Regulation and Infrastructure Division, called the forth meeting to order at 8:36 A.M. on February 27, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson called the meeting to order at 8:36 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Sailer moved adoption of the February 6, 2009 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
An overview was given to division members by Minnesota Telephone Alliance.

Representative Gardner came before the Telecommunications Regulation and Infrastructure Division for informational proposes only to explain his bill HF170.
HF170 (Gardner) Residents allowed to decline reception of local telephone directories.

Representative Johnson moved approval of HF854 be recommended to pass and sent to the Commerce and Labor committee.
HF854 (Lesch) Customer liability for unauthorized use of lost of stolen cellular phones limited.
