MINUTES
Representative Sandra Masin, Chair of the Telecommunications Regulation and Infrastructure Division, called the sixth meeting to order at 8:38 A.M. on March 20, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Masin called the meeting to order at 8:32 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Sailer moved adoption of the March13, 2009 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Masin moved approval of HF448 be recommended to pass and sent to the Commerce and Labor committee.
HF 448 (Mullery) Emergency 911 systems allowed to include referral to mental health crisis teams.

Representative Masin renewed her motion that HF448 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Labor committee.
The motion prevailed.
Representative Hoppe moved approval of HF1038 be recommended to pass and sent to the Commerce and Labor committee.
HF 1038 (Jackson) Public Utilities Commission authorized to order refunds of unlawful utility rate revenues.
Representative Hoppe moved approval of amendment
H1038A2
The amendment was adopted.
Representative Hoppe renewed his motion that HF1038 be recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to Commerce and Labor committee.
The motion prevailed.
The meeting adjourned at 8:51 A.M.
