MINUTES

Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:40 PM, on February 11, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson moved that the minutes from February 9, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Eken invited the following people to provide informational testimony on Red River Valley Flooding issues:
