Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:42 PM, on March 10, 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gardner moved that the minutes from March 5, 2009, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Eken moved HF774 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on State and Local Government Operations Reform, Technology and Elections.
