Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:43 PM, on March 17, 2009, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Loon moved that the minutes from March 12, 2009 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Eken moved HF1275 be recommended to pass and be referred to the General Register.
