MINUTES

Representative Brita Sailer, Vice-Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:31 PM, on February 2, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McNamara moved HF289 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Game and fish lottery and drawing preferences expanded for service members.

Representative Murdock moved that the minutes from January 26, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
