MINUTES
Representative Brita Sailer, Vice-Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:48 PM, on March 16, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Falk moved that the minutes from March 9, 2009 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Dill moved that HF 1238 be recommended to pass and referred to Environment Policy and Oversight.
HF 1238-Dill
Refund provisions modified, definitions modified, publication requirements modified, restrictions in migratory feeding and resting areas modified, local law exemptions provided, wild animal and fish taking, possession, and licensing requirements provided, and certain fees authorized.
Chair Dill moved the
H1238DE3 amendment.
Chair Dill moved the following oral amendment to the H1238DE3 amendment:
On line 11.13 delete "town or" and on line 14.22 delete "55 gallon metal container" and insert "30 gallon or larger drum."
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Dill renewed his motion to adopt the H1238DE3 amendment as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Dill moved the
H1238A3 amendment.
Chair Dill moved the following oral amendment to the H1238A3 amendment:
On line 1.13 delete "55 or less" and insert "30 or less in Marshal County and 30 or less in Kittson County."

Chair Dill renewed his motion to adopt the H1238A3 amendment as amended.
