Representative Brita Sailer, Vice Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:38 PM, on March 23, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Falk moved that the minutes from March 16, 2009 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Sailer moved HF 1712 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.

Residents 90 years of age or older provided free angling licenses

On line 1.19 delete "for a term not to exceed 21 years"
On line 1.23 after the word access insert "for hunting, fishing, and motorized and non-motorized recreation"
The oral amendment was incorporated.
