MINUTES

Representative David Dill, Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:45 PM, on April 6, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative McNamara moved HF 2221 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.

HF 2221-McNamara
Bow fishing to take rough fish restrictions modified

Representative McNamara moved the following oral amendment:
On Line 2.16-2.17 delete "From sunset to sunrise, a person bow fishing with a gasoline-powered motor must use a four-stroke engine."

Representative McNamara moved the following oral amendment:
Delete line 2.23 and 2.24.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative McNamara renewed his motion that HF 2221 will be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.
