MINUTES
Representative Brita Sailer, Vice-Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:40 PM, on March 9, 2009, in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Thissen moved that the minutes from March 2, 2009, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Sailer moved HF150 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.

All-terrain vehicle use allowed by the disabled along certain trails, and hunting provisions for disabled hunters modified.
