Representative Kory Kath, Vice-Chair of the K-12 Education Policy & Oversight Committee, called the fifty-third meeting to order at 8:37 AM on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 in the Basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

HF 3421 (Mariani) - A bill for an act relating to education; establishing high school assessments to determine college and career readiness; amending Minnesota Statutes 2009 Supplement, section 120B.30, subdivision 1, by adding a subdivision.
Rep. Mariani moved that HF 3421 be recommended to pass and referred to the Committee on Finance, with a recommended re-referral to the K-12 Finance Division.
