Representative Gardner moved the minutes of February 17, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1847 (Fritz) Health plans required to establish equal out-of-pocket requirements for oral and intravenously administered chemotherapy medications.
Representative Fritz moved that HF1847 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor.
