Representative Cy Thao, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on Friday, March 30, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Emmer moved that the minutes of March 17, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1745 (Ruud) Health occupations provisions modified, licensed heath care professional definition expanded, food, beverage, and lodging establishments provisions modified, federal government rules required to implement the minimum data set for resident reimbursement classification
Representative Ruud moved that HF1745 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight.

H0535DE1 amendment and incorporated the
H0535A2 amendment into the H0535DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Murphy moved the
H0535A8 amendment with the following change:
