POLICY AND OVERSIGHT DIVISION

MINUTES

Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on January13, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.


Representative Norton moved approval of the Minutes from the January 7, 2009 meeting. MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Representative Mahoney introduced Steve Hine, Research Director, Labor Market Information Office, MN DEED. Mr. Hine gave a presentation on Minnesota’s Labor Markets.

Representative Mahoney announced the next meeting will be Tuesday, January 13, immediately following the State of the State.

The Committee was adjourned at 11:50 A.M.
