MINUTES

Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on January 7, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Mahoney gave opening statements and had members introduce themselves.

The Committee rules were discussed.
