MINUTES

Representative Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on January 27, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Hilty moved approval of the Minutes from the January 21, 2009 meeting. MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Chair Mahoney reminded members of the Destination 2025 event on Wednesday January 28th and encouraged their attendance.

Presenting an overview of the Department of Labor and Industry mission, goals and programs was:

The Committee was adjourned at 11:35 A.M.
