MINUTES

Representative Obermueller, Vice-Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the ninth meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on February 4, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Vice-Chair Obermueller welcomed students from Arlington BioSmart High School to the hearing. Explaining the mission of the school were: April Moua, Katie Reavely, Fue Chee Yang and K Cheng Moua.

Representative Hilty moved approval of the Minutes from the February 3, 2009 meeting. MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Presenting Destination 2025 were:
Dale Wahlstrom, CEO, The BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota
Steve Dahl, Director, Deloitte Consulting LLP

The Committee was adjourned at 12:05 P.M.
