MINUTES

Representative Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the eleventh meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on February 17, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Peppin moved approval of the Minutes from the February 10, 2009 meeting.
MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

Chair Mahoney welcomed 9th graders from Farmington Middle School to our hearing.

A presentation was given from the Southern Minnesota Regional Competitiveness Partnership. Testifying were:
