Representative Mahoney, Chair of the Bioscience and Workforce Development Policy and Oversight Division called the fourteenth meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on February 25, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Lee Munnich, University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, Senior Fellow and State and Local Policy Program Director

Ann Markusen, University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, Professor and Project on Regional and Industrial Economics Director

Representative Norton moved approval of the Minutes from the February 24, 2009 meeting.
MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
