MINUTES

Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Division, called the second meeting to order at 4:31 P.M. on February 2, 2009, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nelson called the meeting to order at 4:31 P.M.

A quorum was not present.

Chair Nelson invited the Metropolitan Council to give an informational overview and presentation to the committee.

Judd Schetnan, Government Affairs Director, Metropolitan Council

A handout was given to division members:
Presentation to the House Local Government Division

At 4:38 P.M. a quorum was present.

Representative Sterner moved approval of the minutes from the January 26, 2009 meeting.

The motion prevailed.

The meeting adjourned at 6:08 P.M.
