Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Local Government Division, called the fourth meeting to order at 4:32 P.M. on February 16, 2009, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Sterner moved approval of the minutes from the February 9, 2009 meeting

HF644 (Champion): Home rule charter or statutory city authorized to adopt a program requiring certain hiring practices in city contracts.
Representative Nelson moved approval of HF644 before the committee to pass and be re-referred to the State & Local Government Operations Reform, Technology & Elections Committee
