MINUTES
Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:21 a.m. on February 24, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
A quorum was not present.

At 10:28 a.m. a quorum was present. Representative Fritz moved that the minutes of February 23, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
