MINUTES

Representative Westrom, Chair of the Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:36 PM on February 07, 2011 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Drazkowski moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on January 31, 2011.
MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF 292 (Anderson) Child custody; parenting plans required by both parents.

Representative Wardlow moved that HF 292 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.

Representative Wardlow moved the A11-0036 amendment.
MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF 211 (Wardlow) Unlawful or deceptive trade practice actions modified, and class action court order appeals permitted.

Chair moved H0211DE1 amendment to be adopted.
Motion Prevailed. The Amendment was adopted.
