MINUTES
Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:33 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF997 (Westrom) State agency civil penalty imposition regulated, fees and expenses awarded to prevailing parties in actions involving state agencies and municipalities.
A quorum was present at 12:36 pm. Representative Scott officially called the meeting to order.
Representative Westrom moved that HF 997 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.
Representative Westrom moved to adopt the
H0997-A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Drazkowski moved that HF 1343 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.
Representative Drazkowski moved to adopt the
H1343-A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Westrom renewed Representative Peppin's motion that HF 1418, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.
