Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on February 10, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Myhra moved that the minutes of February 8, 2011 be adopted.

HF407 (Kriesel) Reduction of state short-term borrowing through school district payment modifications repealed.
Chairman Garofalo moved HF407 be laid over for possible inclusion in an education finance omnibus bill.
