Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on January 31, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Erickson moved that the minutes of January 26, 2012 be adopted.

SF247 (Dahms)/HF371 (Hoppe) Public employees insurance program (PEIP) local government employees participation or withdrawal approval requirements; service cooperative health insurance refund regulation.
Representative Garofalo moved SF247 be recommended to pass and be sent to the General Register.
Representative Hoppe presented SF247.
