Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. on February 14, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Greiling moved that the minutes of February 09, 2012 be adopted.

HF1264 (Hancock) Red Lake; Independent School District No. 38 facilities renovation and construction funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Garofalo moved HF1264 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Capital Investment.
