A quorum was present and Representative Erickson, Chair of the Education Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on January 31, 2012, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Chair Erickson moved that SF 1213 be recommended to pass and sent to the general register. Chair Erickson moved the
S1213A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
