MINUTES
Representative Denny McNamara, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources called the thirteenth meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. on February 8, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

James Nobles, Legislative Auditor and Joel Alter, Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA) presented the OLA Report on Renewable Energy Development Fund.
Representative Torkelson assumed the gavel at 9:22 a.m.
Representative McNamara assumed the gavel at 9:26 a.m.
Laura McCarten, Vice President of Community Services for Xcel Energy, and Richard Hemmingsen, Director of the Initiative for Renewable Energy and the Environment, University of Minnesota gave testimony on the OLA Report on Renewable Energy Development Fund.
Representative Drazkowski moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 3, 2011 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Jim Reinholdz, House Fiscal Staff, gave an overview on Legacy Funding.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:58 a.m.
